To provide the Portal, we hold information you gave us at lease signing: name, email, phone, emergency contact, insurance details, lease terms, security deposit records, payment history, and any correspondence related to your tenancy.
We use this information to: administer your lease, apply payments, contact you about rent or maintenance, comply with legal requirements, and display it back to you in the Portal.
Data is stored on servers hosted at IONOS. Nightly encrypted backups are retained for 30 days. Access is restricted to the landlord and authorized property managers.
We do not sell your information. We may share it with: property managers we employ, law enforcement or courts when required by law, and service providers necessary to operate the Portal (e.g., email delivery, backup). We do not share with marketers.
The Portal uses a session cookie to keep you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or correction of inaccurate information, by emailing cascadespointe@gmail.com.
Tenancy records are retained for at least the period required by law (typically 3+ years after lease end) and may be retained longer for tax or legal reasons.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via the email address on file.
